tanyanargile.com.tr is a product catalog website; no online sales are made through the site and no payment information is collected.

2. Personal data we process

We process only the data you send us voluntarily and the data needed for the site to work:

• Identity and contact details: full name, company name, phone number, email address, country and city.
• Request details: the content of messages you send us via the contact form, WhatsApp or email.
• Security and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and date and time of visit.
• Cookie data: information obtained through the cookies described in the Cookies section below.

3. Purposes of processing

We process your personal data in order to:

• respond to your wholesale, distributorship, dealership and information requests;
• conduct partnership discussions and initiate the contract process;
• keep the site secure and detect and fix technical problems;
• analyze site usage statistically and improve content and performance;
• fulfil our legal obligations and respond to requests from competent authorities.

4. Legal grounds and method of collection

Your data is collected, partly by automated means, through the contact form, WhatsApp, email, phone and cookies. Under Article 5 of the KVKK it is processed on the following legal grounds:

• it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (quote and partnership requests);
• it is necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation;
• it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (site security);
• your explicit consent, for non-essential cookies.

5. Transfer of data

Limited to the purposes above and with the necessary security measures, your personal data may be transferred to:

• our hosting, email and IT service providers;
• our authorized distributors and partners, to the extent needed to meet your request;
• public authorities and judicial bodies authorized by law.

The servers of the analytics tools and embedded content services used on the site, such as YouTube and Instagram, may be located abroad. Data transfers to these services are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK; for non-essential cookies we rely on your explicit consent.

6. Retention period

We keep your personal data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set by the relevant legislation. At the end of these periods your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small text files saved to your browser when you visit the site. We use the following cookies:

• Essential cookies: required for the site to function, for security and for age verification; they cannot be disabled.

• to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate;
• to request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set by law;
• to request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties who received the data;
• to object to any outcome against you resulting solely from automated analysis;
• to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

You can send requests regarding your rights in writing, together with information verifying your identity, to our address above or to info@tanyanargile.com.tr.

Depending on its nature, your request will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If the process involves an additional cost, the fee schedule set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board may apply.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in legislation and in our services. The current version is always published on this page; the date at the top shows the latest update.
